Looks can be deceiving but these pepper chips are a mild/medium spicy, so rest assure, it's not as deadly as it looks.
Crunchy, flavorful, salty, and highly addictive deep-fried with Kaffir lime leaves; these pepper chips, pepper chips w/pork rinds mix, pepper chips w/chicken skin mix, or fried chicken skin by itself makes the perfect snack or garnish especially on top of papaya salad. A dipping sauce such as sweet chili sauce typically accompanies the crunchy snack. You won't be disappointed!
Pepper & Sesame Crumbs- Just like Furikake: a dry Japanese condiment, this is the Laotian version furikake seasoning. Not to spicy, but had a punch, full of flavors.
